Cancellation Policy

CONSULTATIONS: Consultations are REQUIRED FIRST FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS. If you are a NEW CLIENT and you do not book a consultation first, the appointment you booked will automatically be changed to a consultation. A NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit will be taken upon booking. That deposit will go towards any treatment with us and expires 30 days from consultation date. Our consultations are thorough and we make sure to inform you on all pre & post care instructions. We include a handout for you to take home. If you come in for your appointment unprepared (recent sun exposure, makeup on the face, products on the skin to be treated, unshaved, recently exfoliated) we have to reschedule and there will be a non-refundable $75 rescheduling fee. PACKAGES: Payment for packages is collected at time of consultation, and is required before an appointment can be approved. If you purchase a laser or skincare package with us, it has to be completed within the specified timeframe. If it’s not completed within that timeframe, the remaining sessions expire and are unable to be used. Everyone signs our package agreement form upon purchase. All package sales are final. No refunds. DEPOSITS & REFUNDS: A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is taken for consultations upon booking. That $50 deposit will go towards your treatment and expires 30 days from consultation date. Deposits on treatments such as Microneedling, Age Spot Removal, Spider Vein Removal, and Specials are transferable for up to 1 rescheduled appointment and are NON-REFUNDABLE after that. No refunds. LATE ARRIVALS: If arriving late is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. If that is the case, the full amount of your service will still be charged. If we have to reschedule your appointment due to arriving late, a $75 fee will be charged. If you are more than 10 minutes late without sending us a written notice, we will consider that a No-Show. To notify us if you’re going to be late to your appointment or need to cancel, we require the notice to be in writing via either TEXT or EMAIL! LATE CANELLATIONS: Everyone’s time is valuable, including ours! We hold your appointment time just for you! To avoid a $50 cancellation fee, we require written notice at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This ensures that we have the chance to fill your spot, as we have limited availability. NO-SHOWS: No-Show appointments are those for which we do not receive any notice at all that you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment. No-Show fees will be charged as follows: -All appointments where the cost has yet to be determined will be charged a $50 fee. All appointments where the cost has been determined and is less than $100, will also be charged a $50 fee. -All appointments in which the cost has been determined and costs $100 or more, you will be charged a $100 fee. -This policy applies to packages as well and follows the same guidelines listed above.
